The Tea was served by 7 members of the Colville High School Interact Club. Karen Wilhelm sang a Mothers, Day Tribute to the tune of Edelweiss. SPRING CLEANING!!!!

The HUB enjoyed a thorough cleaning on April 21st. Members of the Colville swim team, The Sharks, scrubbed baseboards, dusted, washed windows, cleaned bathrooms and moved furniture. Bob Anderson, Bill Pifer,Terry Williams and Bill Zuehl waxed all the floors. once the cleaning was done, everyone enjoyed pizza and a good fellowship. Special thank you to Judy Wilson, Dianne Heggen, Yvonne Priddy, Val Williams, Glenda Pittman, Tami Thompson and Evelyn Weidman for guiding our young volunteers and providing a delightful lunch.

Then on May 5th the outside of the HUB was pressure washed and the grounds beautified. Marty Heggen, Johnny Heggen and Lewis Mitchell worked the sprayer removing dust, grime and cob webs that had accumulated. Meanwhile Dianne Heggen, Bill Zuehl and Leah Lindquist worked with the volunteers from the juvenile department to weed, plant, and bark the landscaping. Michale Phillips, Donovan Louise and John Hewes mowed and manicured the grounds. A special thanks to North 40 who donated buckets to move the beauty bark, Vaggens for the beauty bark and delivering it, and Walmart who donated half the cost of the 24 new plants that were planted.
